Hi I’m Sebastian Islas Campos, I graduated from Makami College in 2022.

I am passionate about the anatomy of the body and how to heal the body using techniques I have learned. I was inspired growing up by my auntie who is a physiotherapist, so I decided to become one. When I moved to Canada, I decided the best path for me was to become a R.M.T. as I couldn’t continue as a physiotherapist.

I have experience in many different styles of massage such as sports massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology massage, therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage massage as well as pre and postnatal massage.

In my spare time I like to do outdoor activities. I also like to stay busy with my workout routine where I focus on strength and resistance training. Aside from physical activities I also like to relax and keep my mind and body calm.

Life is too short to be sore!

Jennifer is a Manual Osteopath (2015) and Massage Therapist (2002). She’s very passionate about her work and absolutely loves the challenge each new client brings and says it’s like putting pieces of a puzzle together. Her ultimate focus is pain management and restoration of mobility. She wants to make sure her clients are able to live a pain-free life to their fullest potential.

Her specialty as a therapist is osteoarticular corrections (assisting in moving bones and/or helping the bones to stay in proper alignment with creating new memories and eliminating old memories in the tissues surround them) as well as myofascial soft tissue release which feels like a very deep tissue massage.

Her hands are strong enough to get to the deepest layers of muscle tissue and her touch is gentle yet soothing enough that she can manipulate around sensitive tissues. She’s very intuitive and sometimes puts everything she knows scientifically aside and trusts her intuition and keeps searching further all of the other systems until she finds what is specifically wrong, then works with you to alleviate it.

While she’s working she is great at educating her clients so they know what she’s doing and why she’s doing it. She gives everyone specific tidbits of information so they can confidently go home and treat themselves for the little aches and pains. She will talk throughout the treatment as your feedback is necessary so she can work with you to try and fix the issues as effectively as possible. If you require a quiet massage or treatment, she can accommodate to that as well.

Jennifer is fluent in French.

As long as Dr. Sidhu can remember, she’s always liked to go against the grain, explore, and learn new things. “I like challenges and inventing my own path.” She’d never heard of chiropractic care, however, until she worked in an orthopedic surgeon’s office during her time at the University of Alberta. Frustrated by some referrals, the surgeon felt that many of his patients would be better served by a chiropractor. “It was the first time I’d ever heard of one!”

Growing up in small-town northern British Columbia, chiropractic was a new idea for Dr. Sidhu. Many of her courses at the university were physics, anatomy, psychology, pharmacology, and biology. The professor of one such course happened to be a chiropractor who taught biomechanics. A conversation with this professor led Dr. Sidhu to realize that chiropractic would be the perfect career. The combination of learning movement mechanics and the correlation to the human body and its function was very intriguing to Dr. Sidhu. She had no idea how going into the career of Chiropractic was going to lead her to her life purpose of helping people heal their bodies.

After completing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Alberta in 2008, Dr. Sidhu decided to further pursue a career in Chiropractic. She attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Her Chiroptactic career started with passion for treating athletes, body builders, and all things sports! She quickly fell in love with facilitating healthy aging, prenancy, scoliosis, jaw pain, headaches, migraines, chronic pain, postural correction, fibromyalgia, ankle and foot issues….and the list goes on. Dr. Sidhu was passionate about solving problems and strives to get to the root of the problem.

A few years into practice she realized some patients kept returning back with the same issues. She started noticing correlations between mental state and physical body and how anxiety, depression, grief and stress had an impact on the physical body and its presentation. Although she has had huge success with acute pain and is able to help patients maintain optimal musculo-skeletal health, she started craving a more in debt understanding of why there is muscle memory, chronic pain, chronic motor patterns, stress patterns, and nervous system related dysfunctions. Her journey to get to the root cause led her to taking further education in understanding the nervous system more in debth. Dr. Sidhu began to understand other modalities and treatment approaches like cranial sacral therapy, acupuncture, network chiropractic, somatic bodywork, etc that focus on regulating the nervous system. Having an open mind allowed Dr. Sidhu to explore the science of how these modalities have the potential to help heal. It became clear to her that it was about facilitating the body to heal through our nervous system. Now we are getting to the root!

It’s important to Dr. Sidhu that she stay updated on the latest health research and developments. Although she understands in debth the interconnectedness of our bodies, she believes that we are just scratching the surface with research. She believes in the bodies innate ability to heal itself and is a passionate advocate of facilitating the bodies healing capabilities. She takes regular continuing education courses and loves to combine traditional chiropractic methods and other holistic modalities to reach optimal results. The training Dr. Sidhu has undertaken include certifications in Diversified Chiropractic, Thompson Technique, FAKTR rehab systems (Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabiliation), Active Release Therapy®, Graston Technique, and most recently, Spinal Flow Technique®

Hello! My name is Rabecca and I have been a practicing massage therapist for 6 years now and I still love it. It’s one of my greatest passions in life to assist those in their healing journey. It’s a great honour to be able to help with chronic pain and allow you to move the way you want to.

I graduated from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2022 and it’s been a wonderful addition to my massage practice. My favorite thing about it is I use less than 5 grams of pressure and 10% effort from you and I am able to treat the whole body as a unit while getting down to the cellular level of things to truly promote healing and change.

I enjoy the ‘finer detail’ work such as neck and hip work. I typically use a moderate pressure but am able to use deeper pressure when needed.

“It’s not how deep you go but how you go deep.”

I also believe it’s the little things that make the biggest difference and will do my best to provide you with home care stretches and exercise to help you help me.

Other things I provide: - Reflexology - Myofascial Remodeling - Therapeutic Massage - Relaxation Massage
